Our experienced scientists routinely perform mass balance and tissue distribution studies to determine tissue half-life, clearance rates, and potential sites of toxicity after systemic exposure. These studies are all managed by the QA department to provide complete electronic data collection, verification and evaluation for every project.
We have experience with common Isotopes, including Carbon-14, Tritium, and Iodine-125. If your project requires custom radiosynthesis, our team can provide those capabilities as well as manage re-purification and radio-dilution of radiolabeled test materials if needed. Our ADME sservices can also be integrated with metabolite profiling and identification using HPLC, mass spectrometry, dose formulation analysis, and bioanalysis.
