Custom & Specialized ELISA Assay Services

ELISA remains the industry standard based on its acceptance by regulatory agencies for performance, ease of use and low associated costs, but there are also limitations such as high sample volume, slower binding kinetics of analyte to the capture phase, and variation in coating plates with capture antibody from batch to batch.  VxP Pharma can address these limitations by implementing a minor variation on the standard plate-based ELISA by utilizing paramagnetic microspheres as the solid phase for capture reagent coating for in-house developed assay.
